Seal Skeleton

We’ve borrowed a seal skeleton from the Washington State Library and we’ll get a couple of weeks to explore a real seal skeleton! Made up of approximately 250 individual bones, this skeleton can be used however we imagine. Can you put it together like a puzzle? Compare the bones to human bones? Guess which bone goes where? We’ll learn so much from this amazing opportunity to see how our skeletons work as the foundation of our bodies and how they work together with our body’s other systems!
