Kid's Day @ the Library: Octopuses Among Us

It’s hot outside. Bring your family for storytime, crafty kids or both. Snacks are available for all ages at noon.

11:30 Pre-school ocean stories. Ocean jello cups (a craft you can eat!)  

12:00 snacks  

12:30: Build an Octopus  (registration required) Come and stuff your own soft toy octopus, complete with heart and birth certificate. Supplies are limited. Kids of all ages are welcome. Ages under 6 will need an adult’s assistance with this activity. Register in person at the Calispel Valley Library or call 800-366-3654 ex 2 during open hours.

Snacks for all ages @ noon ( snacks vary but may include cheese sticks, nuts, sun chips or whole grain crackers, uncrustable PB & J, granola or cereal bars or a fruit or vegetable treat) We will watch an ocean video during snack time with special permission from Learn Bright.
