The Pend Oreille County Library District requests quotes for licensed, bonded, and insured contractors for a renovation of the restrooms at the Newport Library. This is a public works project subject to prevailing wage and rules found in RCW 39.04.350. Full project specifications and instructions for submission can be found at the link below.
