The Pend Oreille County Library District (POCLD) Board of Trustees (BoT) is a 5 member governing board that oversees the library district’s budget and legal obligations. They usually meet on the 4th Thursday of each month at the library’s district office (109 S. Union, Newport, WA 99156).
