Introduction to Foraging

Our staff member, Monica McMackin, will be taking us through the steps to learn how to forage! We will learn how to forage ethically, safety, what tools and equipment we’ll need, plant identification, processing what we have gathered and a few other things. A second class date will be determined by class participants to go out into the field with Monica to get some hands-on experience with foraging. *Class size is limited, so registration is required.
