The Ione and Calispel Libraries are teaming up to bring you this unique opportunity as we partner with Northwest Survival School for this 6-8 hour survival education course. Instruction includes fire, shelters, water navigation techniques, tracking and trapping small game as well as lots of tips and tricks. Class also includes some free survival gear for all attendees. Class size is limited, so registration is required.
We will meet at Northwest Survival Schools educational facility at 2695 Meadow Creek Road, Ione, WA 99139. Water and snacks will be provided, but please bring a sack lunch and water bottle with you and wear comfortable clothing and shoes that you can wear outdoors for the day.
